I had to borrow a printer from another location, how do I connect it to my office network?

Each office has a specifically IP range defined to all its devices. If you move a printer from one office to another you will need to change the IP address on the printer in order for it to communicate to the computers.

On the Fuji Xerox Docuprint M455DF follow the below intstructions:

• On the printer press system BUTTON
• Select TOOLS
• Select ADMIN SETTINGS
• Select NETWORK
• Select RESET NETWORK SETUP
  • (This will reboot the printer. On start up again, it will have a new IP on the top left corner of the printer screen.)

This new IP address will be dynamically defined to your network. Next you will need to add the printer to your network using that new IP address. See How do I connect my computer to the printer article.
