Step 1. Click the ‘hidden icons’ triangle in the bottom right corner of your taskbar, and right click the red circle icon.
Step 2. Click ‘MAINTENANCE’
Step 3. Click LOGON
Step 4. The POS device will send a quick ‘hello’ to the bank and re-establish a connect bridge. At which point I’d suggest attempt taking payment again in TSD.
If at all the below logon push doesn’t come back with ‘ACCEPTED’ check the cabling on your computer, and reboot your PC.
